When my wife and I were looking to move to Greenville we were referred to Sam by a family member and I couldn’t be happier. Sam and her team made the entire process so easy. We moved from out of state, so initially Sam met with us virtually to set the stage and get a feel for what we wanted. After that we spent a week or two looking at houses online that met all of our criteria. Then once we were able to come to town to see some options in person, we ended up falling in love with and making an offer on the very first house that Sam took us to visit. Now that house is going to be our forever home. Sam and her team did an amazing job with the closing process over the next few weeks. They were extremely informative and did an excellent job explaining all of the different paperwork, requirements, expectations, etc that come with the house buying process. I bought my first house in 2020, and that process was fine, but I never felt like I knew what was going on. That was not the case with Sam and her team at all.
